During this I noticed there are some differences in the recruitment process in the design industry.
Obviously, every company has its own policy regarding the vacancy should be filled, but I think there may be useful to think this problem because I think members MLF also in a position to recruit (and not only the position of looking for work), and may only be used as input / consideration when hiring or looking for a job.
